I grade the book as in ‘Good’ condition.

Illustrated with 2 chromolithograph portraits, 10 composite chromolithograph plates, 2 full-page pedigrees, another full-page portrait, 2 maps (one of the British Empire) and a few ads in colour and b&w., decorative page borders.
Boards have wear present to the extremities with bumping to corners, a small stain to bottom exterior corner of pages at the start of book to page 10, small loss to top and bottom of spine and four very small holes on back cover (see photos).
Text is clean and free of marks.
Binding tight and solid.
