Just when Scott thinks that he finally has his life in Bailey in order, he arrives at work to find that Oberon has been hawking one of his chemicals as a “miracle cleaning”. Worse yet, the dwarf secured financing through the unscrupulous Maxwell Lord. Lord, in turn, hires the even less scrupulous Funky Flashman to handle promotion of the sales.
In another part of town, Barda is attending an animal rights meeting to learn more about the mysterious monkey from issue 9.
