Description

I grade the book as in ‘Good’ condition.

Approximately one hundred and sixty pages (Not numbered).

Prior owner’s name & xmas 1931 date on inside front cover.

Foxing on some pages and a stain to top half of back cover.

Bumping and wear to corners, with a little damage to base of spine at the back.

Shows signs of handling.

Gladys Peto (1890 – 1977) born in Cookham, Berkshire was an artist, fashion designer, author & illustrator of children’s books.
She has written numerous fantasy stories.
Her work is uncommon & quite collectible.

A good copy for the collector.
